• Instrumental in rolling out the RADAR system, importing the existing bug data, integrating RADAR with other automated testing tools, and supplying end-user training.

• Saved over $1M annually and dramatically increased efficiency and productivity by developing an Extranet site that enabled OEMs, suppliers and safety agencies to access information on Apple parts and products.
